We started a baby and me swim class at the local rec center. We had lots of fun in the pool this summer, so we want to make sure we keep him enjoying the water! We are in the youngest class, which starts at 6 months (just made the cutoff for this session!). In class we swim in a circle, play chase the rubber ducky, pass the baby through a hula hoop, and, much to Mommy and Daddy's chagrin, dance the Hokey Pokey. We've already lectured the little guy that he's only allowed to go to Virginia Tech if he goes for veterinary school (as UVA doens't have a veterinary school).
